Cancellation Right or 'Cooling Off' Period
Under the distance selling regulations you have the legal right to cancel your order within seven working days of receipt of the goods. The right to cancel does not apply to the following, unless agreed otherwise: personalised goods or goods made to the consumer's specification. Goods are to be returned and received by us in perfect resalable condition and in their original, undamaged packaging within 14 days of you receiving the delivery. We advise that you contact us by email within these seven working days should you wish to return goods. We will consider the overall condition of the goods being returned when making a refund and reserves the right to withhold a percentage of the refund value of returned goods if they are not in suitable condition for resale at their original catalogue price.

Please note we are not liable for the cost of returning goods to us unless this has been agreed in writing prior.

Faulty Goods
We aim to replace or repair faulty products if they are deemed to be faulty on arrival. We must be notified within 7 days of purchase. However, the product must be in 'as new' condition complete with original packing. Proof of purchase must also be provided.

Costs
Any cost incurred for returning the goods lies with the customer and we will not accept responsibility for the goods until delivered and signed for. We therefore strongly advise you to use a recorded and insured method of carriage.

Refunds policy
In the unlikely event that you feel your goods are substandard, please contact us to arrange the return and we will apply a full refund or replacement according to your choice.

Product description
We make every effort to describe our products accurately. We cannot however guarantee the accuracy and reliability of this information, and it is your responsibility to ensure that any product published on our website meets your requirements. We reserve the right to change or discontinue any of our products without notice.

Prices and payment
All our products are priced in pounds sterling, and include vat where applicable.
The price payable is as set out on our website at the time you place your order.
Delivery charges vary with volume and destination, and will be shown on your order form.

Order Acceptance
Payment for the whole of the price of the goods you order, plus the delivery charge must be received before your order will be accepted.
Orders are subject to product availability.
We are not obliged to accept your order, and may decline it or limit the order quantity
A contract in respect of the products supplied by us to you comes into existence only when your order has been accepted by us in accordance with these terms and conditions. Receipt of an order by our website does not constitute acceptance of an order

Delivery
Wherever possible, we supply ex-stock. If this is not possible, you will be informed, and the products will be shipped when received from our suppliers. We cannot be held responsible for losses incurred as a result of delayed delivery.

Exchange
You may exchange unused products up to 7 days after delivery.
You will be responsible for the cost of postage and packaging for returned products. For full details see the Returns section of our website.
We will pay for the cost of returning defective goods, but retain the right to specify shipping method.
